Lack of motivation is often the reason that trainings do not have the desired effect and these workshops address this. The Priorities workshop concentrates on what is important to the person himself, and how that relates to the reasons he is performing a task or learning something. Once a person is motivated then he is much more able to absorb the nuts and bolts of actually doing a thing.

The communication workshop addresses (among other things) the issue of people ‘not getting on’, which is usually the main obstacle to good communication. You may know all about how to communicate, but if you cannot get over your dislike of a person then your efforts will fail.
